Wallet
Go to Wallet, then transfer to your dedicated account number shown there - your wallet is credited automatically within seconds. You can also use Manual Funding if you already paid into our company account directly.
Bank transfers to your dedicated account are usually credited within seconds. If it has been more than 10 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt/reference and we will investigate.
Transactions
Failed purchases are automatically refunded to your wallet. If a purchase is still processing, it may take a short while longer to confirm before any refund is issued - you will be notified either way.
Reseller
Go to Profile, then Reseller Dashboard, and choose a reseller plan to subscribe to. Resellers get discounted pricing on data, airtime, and other services.
Referral
Share your referral link from your Profile page. Anyone who signs up through it becomes your downline, and you earn commission on their data purchases and reseller subscriptions - up to 3 levels deep.
Your commission balance is shown on your Wallet page, separate from your main spendable balance. You can transfer it out or use it to fund purchases depending on your plan settings.
Security
We never store your card or bank login details. All payments are processed through secure, licensed payment providers (Flutterwave and Monnify).
